Proudly Tapatíos, we are honored to call Guadalajara “our home.” This is how our brewery was born, with the intention of providing this magnificent city with a craft beer worthy of its palates.

Accompanied by our restaurant bar area, the brewery also offers our guests a varied menu of homemade recipes, with which they can accompany and enjoy their beer.

Our project is possible thanks to the people. It is for them that we founded Escala, to offer a warm meeting point to families and friends who like to enjoy a good meal accompanied by a great beer.
